Alexandra has delighted in working with kids, youngsters, teens, families, and adults for more than 10 years. Alexandra's approach is authentic and comforting, as well as practical and goal-oriented. She has a sharp network and has a profundity of involvement working with individuals and families battling with social difficulties inside the home and school conditions. She is a carefully prepared clinician who relates well with her clients and understand the overwhelming influences and societal pressures from today's culture, especially during this pandemic adjustment.

Alexandra's clinical experience incorporates mindfulness meditation, positive affirmations, and reframing negative narratives, treating people with ADHD/ADD, sorrow, depression, anxiety, uneasiness, learning incapacities, school evasion, kids acclimating to the separation of guardians, and the progress to school or arising adulthood.

Alexandra received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman College, Atlanta, GA and received her Master's in Social Work at Barry University, Miami Florida. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Washington, DC.
