Hi! I'm Alex. Thank you for taking your time for self today. It's a wonderful act of self compassion and love. I've been licensed as an LCSW-C since 2016, and have worked in a myriad of practice settings, including a primary focus providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to individuals with varied adverse childhood experiences. In recent years, I also specialized in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, for clients with an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) diagnosis. In this modern world, it can feel like we are expected to just handle it all, even when 'all' looks more like a bad apocalypse movie than the future of your childhood dreams. Let's find a way together - be the master of our circumstances, create meaning and purpose, and appreciate and acknowledge our joys amidst the pain.
