currently providing teletherapy I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist. Growth and change cannot take place without an empathetic, trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship. This is why I work with each client to create a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space where we can collaborate to explore, understand and work through negative thought patterns, emotions and behaviors, that are preventing us from the happiness and satisfaction with life that we all deserve. Together we will examine and foster your strengths, uncover ways to move past prior painful or traumatic experiences and problem-solve current life stressors in order to allow you to fully live the life you want. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing on a number of treatment modalities including CBT, DBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy, to best suit my client’s needs. I am also an EMDR trained clinician, with a special interest in working with first responders and veterans suffering from PTSD and job related stress. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing distress from a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders and substance use.
