Hi , my name is Alexandra Parker, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about providing therapeutic services to men and women of all races, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I hold confidentiality in high regard and will always offer a safe place to share thoughts , feelings, values and emotions.

I specializes in depression, stress management, trauma and anxiety. I have been employed and have experience in various different modalities such as hospitals, nursing homes, private practice and managed care organizations. My therapeutic approach is centered around Cognitive Behavioral therapy and a strength based process. I believe in challenging the client's thought process (Cognitive Behavioral technique) combined with empowering clients. Hopefully, with my assistance, individuals realize that they have the knowledge within themselves to achieve personal goals. I just provide the tools necessary for optimum levels of success.
