About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the field of mental health treatment since 2010. I have experience working with clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds, age groups and gender identities.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to mental health and wellness, so my approach is eclectic and unique to each client's needs and experiences. I pull from techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and typically work from a strengths based perspective. This allows me to work collaboratively clients to identify skills and tools they already possess in order to meet goals. I also have experience and training in Mindful Meditation and incorporate that in my clinical work when appropriate.
