Greetings! Welcome to the first step to becoming a better version of YOU! My name is Alexandra Jolly, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). My focus is making sure my clients are getting the best from me in order to succeed. I am a firm believer that we only change and grow when we actually make a conscious decision to do so, and it is at that time when we will grow and thrive at being the best version of ourselves as we can be! I'm committed to achieving personal growth and help you to overcome some of life's most difficult times .My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space for people to express the woes of life, free of judgment from someone of a neutral party who can provide continuous support.

I have a myriad of professional experiences of over 10 years in the social services field have equipped me with a unique set of skills, a wealth of knowledge, and clinical expertise to aid others in developing life-long wellness. While I am a seasoned professional my approach to therapy is making sure you are comfortable with expressing your feelings and emotions by using treatment modalities to reach an end goal of success and healing.

It can be hard to open up to a person who is a stranger but it can be very rewarding to build a bond with someone who listens to you, validates you , provides insight, options, and moral support as you begin the road to wholeness again. During your journey, we can collaborate to identify your strengths, concerns and goals we both agree will be beneficial for you.
