Welcome! I'm a licensed psychologist with 12 years of experience providing individual therapy to adults. I have experience working with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship issues, and stress management. I work to create a safe space for clients to share vulnerable issues and to receive support. My approach is non-judgemental and focused on helping you identify and express difficult emotions or issues. I tailor the methods used to the needs of the individual. My approach is evidence based, meaning there is research that shows the interventions have helped people. These interventions might include cognitive behavioral strategies.
