About

I am a licensed mental health counselor, dialectical behavioral therapist and yoga therapist. My goal is to work alongside you to address any challenging emotions, memories, or experiences that may be holding you back from becoming the best version of yourself. At your therapist, I take a holistic approach to counseling in which every aspect of your life plays a part in your overall healing and growth. I aim to increase helpful coping skills, decrease stress and anxiety and improve your overall sense of self love. I have worked with a wide range of experiences, concerns and diagnoses and have practiced in both the residential hospital setting, as well as, private practice. In our sessions, I can offer a safe and supportive environment in which we will work together to address concerns and create growth in your personal journey.
