I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 5 years of professional experience as a mental health provider.

I have experience in helping coping with depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, self esteem, suicidal thoughts and self-harm, as well as goal setting and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.

I believe in supporting diverse communities of clients, offering individualized and person-centered treatment that are rooted in client goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My therapeutic modalities include DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, and Solution-focused brief therapy.
