My name is Alexandra and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with 5 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with diverse populations of clients that have struggled with anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, low self-esteem, parenting issues, and career challenges. I use a variety of techniques from different therapeutic approaches as I tailor the therapy session to the client's needs. A combination of approaches I commonly use are: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in empowering my clients and developing their strengths so that they can overcome the problems that they face.
