Your preteen/teenager seems to be having endless mood swings, struggles with anxiety and depressive symptoms, and you no longer recognize the child you knew so well. You aren't sure what to do anymore or how to help. Perhaps you, an adult, are overwhelmed and lost in how to navigate past trauma, hurting relationships, and/or finding your purpose. Mental health is a struggle across the life span and I am here to help! I believe that through play, insatiable curiosity, self-awareness, and creativity, you can be thriving instead of just surviving in this life, regardless of your age or circumstances! I have worked through various mental health concerns, such as behavior concerns, self-esteem issues, identity development, divorce adjustment, depression, anxiety, and more. Outside of counseling, I find joy in gardening, playing video games on my PC, collecting ALL of the rocks, watching cartoons (you're never too old!), and going to the community markets on the weekends. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to help clients feel more trust in themselves than when they arrived!
