I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, coping with changing life circumstances, and relationship issues.

My counseling style is client-centered. I believe that we all do the best we can in our lives with the tools we are given. I enjoy working with my clients to develop new skills and perspectives in order to reach their desired goals. I approach counseling from a cognitive-behavioral and Adlerian foundation.
