I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with over six years experience. I know therapy can be difficult, sometimes it takes us multiple attempts to finally make the call and commit to healing ourselves. I want you to know that I take my role as your therapist very seriously. I am honored that you are taking the first step and reaching out. This journey of yours will not be without obstacles, but this is what I am here for. I am here to help you navigate this journey. I believe every client is different and not one approach will fit all.

I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
