Hello, I am a licensed therapist who specializes in working with clients online treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. I serves clients residing in both Montana and Colorado and I'm committed to helping them gain the confidence and skills they need to heal, grow, and find equilibrium within their lives.

My areas of interest include helping women in life transitions, single parents, healing from childhood trauma and family dysfunction, and working with adult children of alcoholic parents.
