Creating awareness of our patterns is the first step and then exploring with curiosity follows. It is a healing process having our stories and pain witnessed by another. I offer this space to you and fully honor the experience. It takes courage to tell your story and I understand that telling it for the first time is an uncomfortable feeling, so we will always go at your pace. In this space I want you to feel as comfortable as can be. We may cry, laugh, and share moments of sarcasm/jokes—all are welcome. I began providing therapy services 9 years ago and have experience in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with life changes, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I recently experienced the biggest loss—losing my father, and I can tell you this. If you have lost someone in your life, I get it. Your pain (both physical and emotional) is real. I see you. We can talk about your loved one every session, or for as long as you need. Quick reminder, you too are eternal and full of purpose. Let’s discover together.
