Hello! Hola! My name is Albania Alegria and I was born and raised in Bay Area, California. I am Guatemalan and Salvadorean and bilingual in Spanish and English. I believe that challenges of any kind, can they make us feel stuck, overwhelmed, and feeling like nothing works to solve our problems. Our unhealed pain can be projected unconsciously onto our loved ones and takes us to a path of dis-ease. You can still choose a different sustainable path toward healing that feels right to you. I provide you with the practices to expand your capacity to move through any challenge tapping into your innate mind, body, and soul wisdom so that you don’t have to work so hard to heal and enjoy life.
