I specialize in working with those that have lost a parent due to divorce, death, or general physical or emotional abandonment. I help my clients work through their grief, anger, and other complex feelings related to the loss, as well as having an understanding of how this specific loss has impacted them and their relationships. I also enjoy working with clients with general anxiety issues, depression, and hoarding. I provide coping skills, teaching communication and assertiveness skills, increasing self-esteem, changing negative ways of thinking, and encouraging boundary setting and self-care.
