I work with clients to develop deeper insights into thought and behavior patterns and to improve their relationships. My passion lies in helping individuals manage their mental health and helping couples manage mental health struggles, gender transitions, and polyamory. I work with my four-legged partner, a samoyed therapy dog named Eir, who provides comfort and support and takes an active role in play therapy with our younger clients. I have a history of providing equine-assisted psychotherapy.
