Hello! First, I want to commend you for getting started with therapy. We all need a non-judgmental objective friend who we can talk to when things get tough.

First, I go by my middle name, Nicole. I work with adults on anxiety, depression, boundaries , trauma, parenting, and relationship issues. I use a variety of practical tools to help you bring about the changes you would like to see and cope with the things you cannot change.

My availability is Monday through Friday and I am taking new clients for morning and early afternoon appointments. I look forward to talking with you soon!
