Life is hard. Sometimes things feel overwhelming and scary and maybe you feel alone and adrift. But you're not. Think of me as your therapist on the go who gets how stressful and overwhelming life might seem and that truly wants to see you grow and succeed. We're all in this together. Let me share your pain, struggles, experiences and triumphs.

I have also lived a difficult life and draw upon that reservoir of experiences and wisdom to inform our work together. I will never stand before you as the all-knowing expert telling you what to do. I only hope to be your confidant and guide helping you work and walk towards the things that are truly important.
