Our lives are built on relationships. This is why many people in today’s society are troubled by their relationships. This can lead to depression and anxiety. I invite you to join me in a safe space and time to think about your problems, feel a little lighter, discover your thinking habits, learn new ways of communication, and discover your strengths that you have never noticed before. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been working with people for over 15 years, from children to seniors, who suffer from depression, anxiety, traumas, eating disorders, social phobias, relational issues and any other issues caused by work-related stress. I have also consulted on issues related to parenting, marital problems, domestic violence, and caring for elderly parents. It is my hope that I can help you feel better and go about your day with a sense of ease.
