I am excited and honored that you’ve discovered my page. I am licensed in California with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

Life can present challenges, making enjoyment and thriving seem hopeless. It is possible to become better, achieve your goals, and transition your mindset from the impossible to the possible. No matter the challenge or obstacle life may bring; there is strength, power, and resiliency to overcome. As a therapist my goal is to help my clients think and feel differently about themselves.

Marriage and family are some of the most rewarding aspects of life, yet it can be hard to navigate making those relationships healthy and strong. Learning to communicate effectively, resolving conflict, and establishing healthy boundaries are important to implement in your marriage and families.
