I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Texas. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and am committed to providing culturally sensitive, individually focused person-centered care. My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and emotionally supported to engage in the work of healing and self-development. I am experienced in supporting clients working through a wide range of concerns, including stress management, life changes, boundary setting, conflict management, compassion fatigue, relationship issues, racial injustices & inequalities concerns, and generational trauma. My treatment approach draws from emotionally psychodynamic, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral modalities and interventions. We can work together to develop goals and a treatment plan that meet your unique concerns and needs.
