I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Mississippi with over 7 years of experience. As required in Mississippi to provide telemental health, I hold a Board Certified Telemental Health credential (BC-TMH 3168). I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and ADHD.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. While my personal approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, I believe it is important to find the right approach for each unique client and tailor the treatment plan to the client's specific needs.
