I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience working as a mental health counselor and high school adjustment counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, school motivation, peer relationship concerns, and ADHD. Working with teenagers and young adults is the population I most often work with, but also enjoy working with adults.

My therapy style is based on listening without judgement and having an interactive conversation. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach usually focuses on providing small, realistic goals to work on while also providing a place to express whatever is on your mind. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Finding a therapist you connect with can take a lot of trial and error and can be a process that requires a lot of patience. I appreciate how difficult the first steps can be and hope to provide a positive experience that allows you to enjoy therapy.
