I have experience working with a diverse array of clients from varying backgrounds with unique concerns. I enjoy working with couples, children, and adults, primarily those who have experienced trauma, the grief associated with a loss, and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. My style is rooted in empathy, partnership, and humor.

I practice with a non-judgmental approach and am welcoming to people from various backgrounds and identity groups. I am personally bi-cultural and intentionally try to create spaces that feel welcoming and respectful of who you are and the assets you bring to our sessions.
