I view life as a road map that has many different and difficult terrains. My role as a therapist is to help guide you through that difficult terrain in order to continue on your journey.
My personality brings a sense of relaxation to a setting. When I approach therapy I adapt my work to match the client’s and where they are at in the therapeutic process. The process of therapy goes as fast or as slow as the client needs.
I enjoy working with teens and adults on navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues either romantic or familial and exploring life transitions.
