About
While we can't always anticipate the curve balls life will throw, we can develop a healthy skill base to help us manage these struggles effectively. When we don't have the tools required to get us through tough circumstances we may develop increased symptoms of depression or anxiety, or the use of other maladaptive coping strategies like substances, disordered eating habits, self-harm, or additional compulsive behaviors. I'm interested in helping you learn how to manage life more effectively in a judgement free, supportive environment.
With over 10 years of experience working across multiple levels of care I know that it can be difficult to take this first step toward self-improvement. If you are willing to put in the work, the benefits of good therapy can far outweigh the challenges. Please don't hesitate to call. I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs and goals for therapy!
