I'm Aidan, a licensed marriage and family therapist. I believe that you are an expert of your own story and that you already have many strengths that will help you overcome the things that challenge you. As your therapist, I would like to help you create new ways of being and find the sense of trust in yourself.

My specialty is working with those who are experiencing stress and anxiety, family conflicts, lack of motivation, self-esteem and confidence, and depression.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
