Welcome to Find A Therapist counseling and I thank you for letting me work with you. I have a master’s degree in mental health counseling and I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I have been working in the mental health field (inpatient and/or outpatient) for over 5 years. It is my mission to support you in this challenging time with your personal and professional growth.

I understand talking to someone about your troubles or experience can be scary, especially when you do not know them. I maintain a judgment-free zone. You can be open with me about any experience you want to unfold. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in achieving their goals. This therapy indicates that an individual’s emotions, behavior, and thoughts are linked. We will set any goal that you have in your mind. It can be simple as replacing a bad habit or goals that will help you navigate through your life. We can break your bigger goals into smaller tasks. I’m just a guide in your exploration so I cannot guarantee any specific results. Remember, you are the steering wheel holder of your dreams and passion.
