Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I have been working in the mental health profession for over 11 years. I have experience in counseling clients from diverse populations, and spiritual backgrounds with a variety of challenging issues and concerns.

I believe that personal growth, and self-discovery are empowering and necessary for living fully. With warmth and openness, I offer a listening ear, and a safe space to express/explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I am eager to assist you as you become more empowered and self-aware, live more open and less afraid, become a better communicator, to identify and utilize effective coping skills, improve your esteem, set boundaries and improve relationships.

My counseling style is eclectic. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities based on client needs. It is my goal to provide a safe environment for my clients to speak openly about life's stressors in a collaborative and safe environment. During our time together it is my hope to assist you with identifying relevant and effective strategies for building better relationships with yourself and others. Together we will explore, develop and create a life of balance and whole life prosperity.
