I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have extensive experience in treating adults with acute/chronic anxiety, depression, trauma, co-occurring disorders, grief and relationship concerns. I aim to provide a warm, nurturing and safe environment throughout your therapy experience. As a therapist, I utilize a variety of different approaches to best fit your individual needs including but not limited to: EMDR, TF-CBT, Mindfulness-based practices, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-based therapies.
