Grateful to meet you here. I aim to humbly walk with people through fresh or old trauma that continues to cause disturbance in their every day life. I have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy which has helped clients gain control over/manage their experiences so it doesn’t feel like their experiences are controlling or managing them. My goal in this therapeutic process is for clients to gain a mindset hope, joy, compassion and love for themself and others more than just strategies to cope or fickle feelings of happiness, as they become awaken and empowered by truth that sets them free. I graduated from University of Michigan in 2010 and bring my education, background working in public schools and personal experiences into my practice as well.
