ABOUT ME......
I am a spiritual being first!
I live through human experiences daily, secondly!
I laugh, cry, scream, complain AND explain however I pray!
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan with action steps. The goal is to help you grow from your struggles and move forward. I work purposefully with those experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use and trauma.

I'm credentialed by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC) and licensed as a professional counselor (LPC) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I'm a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), through the Pennsylvania Certification Board. I received my Master of Arts from University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and my Bachelor of Art from Alvernia University.

I utilize the eclectic approach which incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies in order to create the ideal treatment program to meet the specific needs of the patient or client.
