Hello and welcome to my page. I am Adrianna Sarmiento, a licensed professional counselor in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience in various settings of the mental health field. My journey as a mental health therapist has led me to build an eclectic therapy approach. Therapy isn't a one size fits all approach and my goal is to encourage a healthy, supportive environment for my clients that tailors to their personal therapeutic needs. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Life can become pretty challenging and confusing and I believe you are the expert in your own life. I am hoping through therapy, you feel empowered to believe this as well.
