I am Delaware Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of professional experience. I completed my B.S. in Psychology at James Madison University, and obtained my Master's Degree through the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work. Through my career, I have had the opportunity to support individuals and families across all walks of life who seek assistance with the effectively managing stress and anxiety, coping with addictions or family members struggling with substance abuse, processing through trauma, developing healthy relationships and boundaries, increasing self-esteem, managing depression and more. I have worked with interdisciplinary health teams (such as psychiatrists, Primary Care Physicians, and other specialist) to ensure my clients can achieve balance through improved emotional and physical health. I have dedicated myself to providing an environment where my clients feel safe, heard, and valued. I hold value in treating each individual with respect and compassion no matter your age, race, religion, abilities, or identity.
