I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona with 4 years of professional work experience in a non-profit agency. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

My therapy style is pretty laid back, welcoming, interactive while providing a safe space during session without fear or judgement. I have been described as caring, supportive, consistent, and easy to talk to. I believe in self-determination and that clients are best in determining their needs to drive our sessions. I will adjust our sessions to best address the treatment goals we establish together.
