I am an independently licensed clinical social worker in Rhode Island with previous experience working in a variety of hospital settings on both in/outpatient levels of care and most recently at a community health care center providing a combination of telehealth and home-based services to adult patients. I've worked in a variety of roles from case manager, social services clinician to therapist. I have experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, amongst other diagnoses and life stressors.

My areas of speciality and interest when providing therapy include but aren't limited to- navigating relationship stressors [familial/romantic/intra/inter-personal], building coping skills to manage anxiety/depression and also grief counseling. I'm passionate about supporting people through varying stages and triggers of grief. Providing therapeutic support to those in existential crises and attempting to navigate life stressors is additionally something I'm committed to. My approach is collaborative and compassionate and I use a client centered model in my work. I view therapy as an alliance between therapist and client working together to navigate challenges you're dealing with. I think of starting therapy similarly as beginning a work out- often, the most challenging part is showing up. Congrats on being here, I know how hard it can be and I look forward to working with you!
