Recognizing the need for self-care is extremely important. It is important for me to create a safe, non-judgmental, welcoming environment that is focused around your care. I am a clinical therapist in Michigan and I have over 9 years of experience working with a variety of populations.
My experience includes extensive work in hospital, clinical and community setting with clients suffering with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, caregiver fatigue, new medical diagnosis and coping with life changes and stress. My therapeutic approaches consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based and Solution Focused Therapy. These approaches are designed and tailored to help address current and continued struggles, and assisting you to reach your treatment goals.
