About

I am currently a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a LCPC for the state of Idaho. I currently have about 6 years of working as a LPC, but I have been in the behavior health field for about 10 years! I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including marital/relationship issues, boundary building, depression, anxiety, career changes, ADHD. My goal as a therapist is to reach and assist others with whatever lifestyle change they desire to have.

As a therapist, I believe it is important to listen to my clients and treat every client with respect and compassion. I do not judge nor do I believe in defining others based on their past or current situations. My therapeutic approach is very eclectic and I focus on what works best for my specific client and their unique needs.
