Hello, and welcome! I'm a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado who integrates a body-centered approach with Buddhist psychological models. Cultivating a therapeutic relationship based on trust and open communication is the foundation of my compassionate and direct approach. In our sessions, our combined awareness of the present moment makes it easy to notice thoughts and impulses as they arise. We’ll collaborate as we gain a deeper and more subtle understanding and felt-sense of the unfolding patterns that show up.
