My name is Adlin (Addie) de Cardi and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Virginia. I first became licensed as a MFT in California and have worked with clients individually, in groups and also in family therapy. My work with adults has been focused on survivors of abuse and other traumas, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship issues. My counseling style is one of empathy and compassion for those struggling with issues that interfere with them trying to be the best version of themselves. I also use mindfulness techniques, CBT and a client centered approach. My hope is that we can form a therapeutic relationship that allows for personal growth that leads to a sense of well-being and confidence. I look forward to working with you!
