Hello! I'm delighted to introduce myself as a therapist specializing in prepartum, postpartum, and family work, with a particular focus on children between the ages of 0 and 5 and their caregivers. My passion lies in utilizing the transformative power of movement and dance to enhance the well-being and bond between families during these crucial early years of childhood. (Yes! This can be done online as well!) While my particular focus is the pregnancy journey and beginning of a child's life, I also am skilled in supporting folks with other parts of the life journey.

With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and joys that come with pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood, I strive to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for families to explore their emotions, strengthen connections, and foster growth. I firmly believe that movement and dance offer a language beyond words, enabling individuals to express themselves authentically and tap into their innate creativity.

I also recognize that not everyone may feel connected to movement or dancing initially, and I am capable of being flexible in my approach based on what my clients need. I adapt and customize my therapeutic interventions to meet each individual's comfort level and preferences, ensuring a safe and inclusive space for exploration and growth. My journey in the field of dance movement therapy began with a strong foundation in dance, which I developed through years of training and performance. This background, coupled with my academic studies in psychology and therapeutic approaches, has equipped me with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection and the profound impact it can have on overall well-being.
