A graduate from the University of Chicago with a Master's in Social Service Administration with a clinical concentration. Adia has the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and various needs. Her area of expertise include: Adolescents, young adults, trauma, sexual assault, PTSD, career exploration, parenting, family and women's issues, grief and loss, late stage life adjustment, stress management, life and health coaching. Adia utilizes client centered, strengths- based, holistic, supportive therapy, CBT and mindfulness approaches.
