The client-centered approach is a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Texas and California. I have over ten years of experience working with clients struggling with various mental health issues, ranging from depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem to childhood trauma, PTSD, addiction, self-injurious behavior, and relationship difficulties. These issues tend to lead to a lack of confidence, social withdrawal, and isolation, making the healing process feel hopeless and defeating. I believe that healing and recovery do not happen in isolation and cannot be done alone, and that is why I am here to help. My approach to therapy is very eclectic and collaborative, and I use multiple modalities and theories to assist individuals in their process of self-discovery. I believe that understanding the underlying issues in a safe and supportive environment is the most effective way to achieve awareness and create change. My goal is to create a positive and collaborative relationship that will support you in your journey to self-healing and happiness.
