I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in California since 2014. My style of therapy utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I am trained in a variety of orientations and integrate which ever is best for my client. I believe in providing a holistic approach to treatment in order to ensure overall wellbeing.

I have worked with a variety of clients ranging from youth to adults, and dealing with a wide range of concerns from everyday life stressors to severe mental illness. I graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with a BS in Psychology and began my Master's program at California Polytechnic State University in 2013. Within my Master's program and beyond, I have gained a variety of skills in my metaphorical tool box that I would love to extend to you in our collaborative treatment.
