Hello and Welcome!
First, I want to commend you on this huge step that you have taken in exploring Find A Therapist. Seeking help is never easy but you have taken the first step towards improving your life and making positive changes.

You might be wondering how online counselling works and if this is the right platform for you. My name is Rosemary Ephraim and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida with over 3 years of counselling experience. I have worked with diverse clients in various settings experiencing a variety of life challenges including: mental health issues, domestic violence, relationship issues, family conflict / dynamics, stress management and more.

I will be focusing on your identifying and maximizing your strengths and experiences in overcoming your obstacles and will honour your role as an active participant in all aspects of our therapy sessions. Once we identify your goals, we can create a plan to help you learn and develop skills to achieve those goals.

My counselling techniques include an integration of the following: Cognitive Behaviour, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused and Strengths Based counselling techniques.

I’m here to help you sort and navigate through the things that you’ve indicated are difficult for you right now. My goal is to offer a safe space to be open without fair of judgment while providing guidance, support and the counselling that you are seeking.
