About

I have been working with individuals, couples, and families for over twenty years. I believe my role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions and create a safe space for each of my clients. My therapeutic style is relaxed, collaborative, and open. I have had the opportunity to work with clients on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, communication and relationship skills building, and addiction. I use CBT, EMDR, Logotherapy, and other treatment techniques with the goal of using whatever meets the client's needs. I look forward to working with you.
