Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Illinois. I have worked as a mental health professional in the school setting for over 15 years assisting teens and family systems in coping with mental health needs such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, conflict, and coping with stressors that impact the family unit as a whole.

I believe that individuals are impacted by many factors in life. I am passionate about helping others find ways to process, cope, and be able to move forward in life despite the circumstances that have been experienced.

I work with others through the lens of a client centered approach utilizing psycho-education, mindfulness, perspective taking and a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), depending on your specific needs.

I value the dignity of each individual I work with as we process through sensitive and difficult topics. I believe that there is great strength within a person who reaches out for help. I value the strength that is within you and will be honored to help you find your way.
