I am a counselor licensed in Arkansas with 3 years of experience working with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, mood disorders, impulsivity, and self-worth. I have also helped people work through trauma and abuse.

My clients typically describe me as "chill", as my counseling style is warm and relaxed. I believe in empowering people to make their own decisions and changes at whatever pace they are comfortable with. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, and I don't believe in following stereotypes or labels. I want every client to feel heard/understood and not judged. My approach combines person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused interventions. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, as my counseling style is not a "one size fits all" approach.
